Your datil marinade is undervalued. It’s not a marinade at all for me, it’s bbq sauce. Grilled chicken, it’s sweet, thick, spicy and I pull the chicken apart, add a little more the next day for tacos or pulled chicken sandwiches on brioche with homemade coleslaw. Yummy
