Want some quick and easy recipes?

  • Spread a block of cream cheese on a plate. Spoon Datil Pepper Jelly over the top and serve with crackers.
  • Glaze pork chops or pork tenderloin while grilling. (Add near the end of cooking.)
  • Place 1 package of frozen, pre-cooked meatballs in a crock pot. Add 1 jar of Datil Pepper Jelly and cook, stirring occasionally to distribute jelly. Cook on low heat 3-4 hours, until meatballs are heated through. (If using fresh meatballs, brown meatballs, cooking thoroughly before adding to the crockpot with the jelly.)
  • Add a teaspoon – or more – to your blender when making margaritas. It adds a surprising new twist to the classic cocktail.
