Datil Zest Spice Blend has the taste of fresh spicy Datil Peppers.  Fresh From Florida natural lemon, orange and lime are combined with onion, garlic, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper to create an amazing spice blend that will enhance many of your favorite dishes.

• Rub generously on the skin of a chicken before baking or grilling to create a flavorful, citrusy crust.
• Use as your go-to table seasoning instead of salt and pepper.
• Place fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment or lightly sprayed with cooking spray.  Lightly drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on the Datil Zest.  Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
