To one pound of peeled, deveined shrimp, add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil, generously sprinkle with Cajun Datil and grill over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
To one cup of sour cream add 1-2 teaspoons of Cajun Datil to taste. Chill and use as a dip for chips or veggies.
Cut potatoes into wedges. Toss with a small amount of olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun Datil. Bake at 450 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are baked and crispy. (In an air fryer, cook at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked through.)
