  1. Dara

I love OSA Gourmet spices, but this one has to be my favorite. I like to add it to my chicken bone broth and it is delicious.

Thank You, Dara! Datil Jerk is special. It was inspired by a trip to Jamaica where I took cooking classes with a Jamaican chef. Jamaicans use Scotch Bonnet peppers, but I substituted St. Augustine Datil Peppers to make it a truly unique blend. A sweet and spicy combination of delicious, award-winning flavor. Stay Spicy!

  2. Latoya Maise

I was only in town to visit my niece in college and I ran across this . I LOVE it ! I use it on everything
