Mix 2 Tablespoons of Delectable Datil Mild Salsa Seasoning with 1 can (14.5 oz) No Salt Added Petite Diced Tomatoes.
For less chunky salsa, blend mixture in food processor or blender till desired consistency.
Chill at least 30 minutes to allow juices from the tomatoes to rehydrate the vegetables.
To use fresh tomatoes:
Mix 2 cups of freshly diced tomatoes with their juices to 2 Tablespoons of Delectable Datil Mild Salsa Seasoning. Chill as above.
Rub a generous amount of Delectable Datil Mild Salsa Seasoning onto chicken or fish. Grill or bake and enjoy.
Add 1 Tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to 1 pound of fresh raw shrimp. Gently fold in 1 Tablespoons of Delectable Datil Mild Salsa Seasoning and massage into shrimp with fingers. Let sit, covered for 20-30 minutes then grill or broil shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side and serve immediately.
Add 1 Tablespoon of Delectable Datil Mild Salsa Seasoning to 1 cup of sour cream and refrigerate to make a quick and easy dip.
