Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT CRABMEAT in the bowl of an electric mixer and blend until well combined.
Fold in crabmeat by hand with a large spoon or spatula.
Place into an ovenproof baking dish and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes, or until dip is golden and bubbly.
Remove from oven and garnish with crab claws and green onions.
Serve hot with raw veggies or crackers for dipping.
